Not one or two but we actually have three bedrooms going - come move in with us! We're a chill, tidy houseshare in Penryn with lots of musicians.

SINGLE BEDROOM
From 21 April

It's £360 plus £41 council tax and c. £46 bills per month. That's £447 total. There's also a chance to move into a bigger double room when the next person moves out. The single bedroom is 3.43 x 2m so it’s quite small with a decent size wardrobe.

SMALLER DOUBLE
From early May (date TBC)

It's £440 plus £41 council tax and c. £46 bills per month. That's £527 total. It's got a really nice view of the river from the third floor and it's a decent size at 4.17m x 2.17m.

LARGER DOUBLE (this is now taken, sorry!)

It's £500 plus £41 council tax and c. £46 bills per month. That's £587 total. It's got a balcony above the river and a king size bed, and it's pretty big at 4.78m x 4.32m.

Each person tends to share a bathroom with one other person as the rest of the house tends to use the other two bathrooms and the downstairs toilet. The rest of the house is pretty big and modern. It has five bedrooms in total, a large living room and kitchen, and everything you’d expect like fast wifi, a washing machine and tumble dryer. The landlords are lovely.

The rooms also have a view of the river which our house backs onto, where there are beautiful water birds like egrets, ducks, swans, seagulls, and even rarely a kingfisher. We have access to a dinghy park to store boats/kayaks too if you're into boating, kayaking or fishing.

There are five of us who live here. We're in our 20s and 30s; lots of us are musicians, and we're into things like surfskating, tarot, piano, jamming, crochet, crafting, board games, Cornish folk music and Skyrim. At the moment we're all non-smokers.
