Student double room in Penryn

Hi! I'm an MSci student doing my fourth year next year, but the rest of my housemates will be graduating! Without them, I've got 3 double rooms to fill, and I'd really love to stay here for my final year if possible.
We have a shared kitchen, living room, and garden as well as a shared bathroom and toilet. We also have a brick shed outside with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bills aren't included, but they've been roughly £60-70 a month (not included in the listed rent price!)
There's a small amount of free street parking by our house, but there also is a paid council car park nearby. Or we're also right down the road from Spar, so the bus stop is super close by!
The tenancy is a 12 month contract starting from July 2026.
The video attached is what our landlord sent us when we first moved in (2024), and we've all kept it very tidy and well looked after.
