Furnished double and single room available in a creative le ft leaning household , LGBTQ+ welcome , near the Penryn campus, close to a bus stop and railway station, and an 8‑minute walk to the centre of Penryn. You would be sharing the house with me and my two daughters (who stay when I'm there). I’m a 56‑year‑old creative researcher, lecturer, and community artist who is often away on work. I’m open to any gender provided you're used to and like children—a couple is also an option if taking both double and single room. My preference is for some meals to be shared, and if you consume meat, it should be responsibly reared (free‑range or equivalent).

The single room is small, making the best use of space with a raised bed for storage, a fitted table with a chair, and a window onto the garden.

All bills are included (heating extra if overused), and the low rent reflects the expectation that tenants help keep common areas clean on a regular rota. The tenancy starts on a trial basis with a six‑month renewable term (this is due to the possibility of selling the house, though it’s likely to be at least a year before that happens).
