I am looking for a room mate for my single bedroom in Penryn. I am 39yr old with a cat, garden and full time job that keeps me very busy! I am looking for a clean, respectful, independent person to share my home with. Parking maybe possible, there’s also lots of street parking close by. All bills including broadband are included in the house price and there is currently a washing machine but no drier.
I have a long commute everyday so looking for someone who is more active in the day, and doesn’t mind doing most of there socializing outside of the home.
