Room in 18th-Century Home – Penryn

Hi, our housemate is looking at moving out so we're looking for a replacement. He's looking at moving out in the middle of May but could be sooner if you need it and the tenancy ends Oct 1st.
About the house/room:
Penryn
£700pm plus bills (council tax to be paid as though we're all students, a couple are part time, band C)
deposit £750
18th century grade 2 listed building, 5 bedrooms (one room used for storage).
Dining room, Kitchen, Pantry, Living room with log burner, large garden with a brick outbuilding, no dedicated parking and on street parking can be difficult, 2 Bathrooms, its honestly such a gorgeous house.
About the Housemates staying;
We're pretty chilled, we like to go for a drink from time to time, have a natter, throw a bbq and go for a walk. We keep the house pretty clean and tidy.
Me: I'm a part time masters student, part time worker, I spearfish and I'm Palestinian British. I am the biggest nuisance as I like to get my hands dirty and build stuff, but I do clean up after myself, the others can attest to it.
Liz: Just finished with her undergrad and is now enjoying life. She volunteers for 5 wildlife charities, mostly a Bat one, she unfortunately doesn't bring home work. She's celiac but has her own cookware.
Chantal: studying at the marine school, she likes to surf and go to the gym, she's from Devon though...
