the house is in a brilliant location – on the main street of penryn town, with a bus stop right on the doorstep, making it super convenient for both falmouth and penryn campus students.
the available room (bedroom 3 on the floor plan) is bright, cosy, and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and a big window that brings in loads of natural light. it also has a beautiful view!

as for flatmates, you’ll be living with five really lovely and friendly people who have been so kind and incredibly welcoming. there’s jack, libby, joe, naomi and tilda, all of who are on creative courses and will be going into their third year in september.
