Large double room avaliable in beautiful house in Penryn

The house has a large bathroom and a separate large shower room. Beautiful garden with patio areas for bbqs and also a fair sized patch of grass. Large living room with log burner and a large kitchen with all appliances that would be needed.

You’ll be living with 3 housemates that have been here since October

Chantal - marine engineering student at Falmouth marine school, hobbies include sports, gym and socialising

Liz - marine biology student at the university, will be leaving in September to go and study veterinary, hobbies working/volunteering with wildlife sanctuaries in the area

Laith - marine costal conservation masters student, hobbies are spear fishing, cooking and many other fun things

Couple may be considered at extra cost.
