Room available in a student house on West street in Penryn. Me and my partner Benji, both dance students going into 3rd year, are looking for a 3rd housemate. The room is a small single room for £350 a month not including bills and the contract starts 2nd July for 12 months. We can also try to arrange a viewing with our landlord who is lovely.
