I am a graduate from Falmouth Uni now a professional for a while and so is one other tenant, looking for another tidy Grads/professionals to join us. Looking to keep this as a house of four professionals, so if this can be achieved will greatly continue to help with council tax which is good for the area already.

Large double bed upstairs with adjacent big ensuite: £650
Contracts start from the 1st of July, but can move in after whenever the tenant wishes to. Also could move in earlier depending on when existing tenant tidies and leaves the property.
All prices are before bills.
Energy bills are quite low for property size and based on usage and Water Bill is every 3 months.
WiFi is ultrafast and about £10 each.
Perfect for streaming and computer work.
Spacious kitchen with dishwasher machine, 2 tall fridge combined freezer units and additional small freezer, as well as washing machine and new tumble dryer.
In addition to the upstairs double bedroom with adjacent ensuite there’s a shared shower room downstairs.
Conservatory which is long is an extension of the living room space and is used as the main communal area most of the time. Although we are usually quite a quiet house most of the time, especially at night as two bedrooms are downstairs.
There is two off street parking spots available as well as a spacious patio overlooking the area, in addition to a very nice long grassy garden area in front of the property and parking spots which is away from the road that leads down to the property so it’s perfectly private and peaceful to enjoy.
There is also a padlock storage unit shed on site at the end of the garden for easy access for any additional belongings that people wish to have stored outside.
The property is located close to the middle of Penryn down a side street in a quiet location and only about a minutes walk or so from the town centre bus stop so perfect for travel licks.
I am a sociable person who likes to hang, but also like the rest of my housemates like my own private quiet company, especially when personally enjoying movies, animation or working on my professional level art work on my computer in my spare time. Also enjoy going out into town as well as long walks along the waterfronts and countryside, swimming or riding. I also dabble in Mixology if people like.
As a professional I am a very tidy person when it comes to my own space and what I leave around and don’t make a lot of noise. This is the same for everyone else in the property, unless we are altogether hanging out or something.
