Room in a 4 bedroom house

This student house is not only a comfortable home but also a practical choice for those looking to immerse themselves in university life. With its prime location close to Penryn Campus, you will have easy access to all the amenities and opportunities that student life has to offer.
The room is on its own floor, upstairs, which gives more privacy, has a double bed and lovely big desk for student use.
The kitchen and living room are shared areas. This room would be sharing with another flatmate a bathroom with a separate toilet.
We are 3 girls going into 2nd year at the University of Exeter, Penryn Campus, who have recently been made aware of the past tenant not joining us next year. We are urgently and excitingly looking for someone asap!
As a student you are also required to have a guarantor, that would have a clean credit record and be earning minimum £26K yearly (for further information please message). x
