I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy in a friendly shared house in Penryn.

Location: 5-minute walk to the bus stop for both the campus and town
Housemates: Four other students (three female, one male)
Tenancy Period: Immediate start until 30 June next year—taking over my current tenancy, as I’m moving out for personal reasons
Requirements: Applicants must be a student for the 2025/26 academic year
