Room Available in Spacious, Relaxed Penryn Home

We’re looking for one respectful, easygoing housemate to join a laid-back, spacious house in Penryn. The current tenants are working and studying, and we value open communication, fair sharing of space, and being mindful of others.
You’d be living with:

There’s myself, i work part-time & a Master’s student, I spearfish, like to cook and do a bit of woodworking. There’s Alice, who works in care, and then Micalea who is studying a masters.

We keep things clean but lived-in, no rigid rotas, just mutual respect.
The kind of people we get along with usually:

• Clean up after themselves

• Communicate directly and considerately

• Respect shared spaces and each other’s belongings

• Are comfortable with cooking smells

Talking about myself, I have CFS so I can be a hermit at times, I enjoy a good natter, board game night and the odd night out, and the house is generally quite relaxed.

The House
• Beautiful Grade II-listed terraced cottage

• Located in Penryn

• Exceptionally spacious layout with high ceilings and natural light

• Lovely back garden – perfect for a cuppa or some gardening

• 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs)

• Minimal black mould (rare for Cornwall rentals)

• On-street parking – fair warning: it can be a nuisance
•⁠ ⁠The other nuisance is that it's an old house, it creaks and vibrates, sounds carry
•⁠ ⁠There are 5 bedrooms, though its not HMO licensed, so we have a spare room if you want friends/family to stay for a night or few
