Small two bedroom house

This is a small bedroom house in Penryn, me and my housemate are moving out for new tenants to start from the 6th of October. The property includes beds, kitchen facilities and some furniture but there's space for some of your own. Priority will be given to a couple to take the entire property as this is preferable for the landlord and given the size of the space probably the best use of it. Bills and council tax aren't included. I currently pay around 150 a month on my own for council tax and gas and electric is around £60 a month between the two of us.
