I’m moving out of a house in Penryn and looking for someone to take my place.

The house is located on Lower Market Street (central Penryn).
Close to bus stop, train station etc.

This is the ground floor bedroom with lots of space.
The room will come with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawers.

The house has a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom.
Big spacious kitchen- great for hosting dinner parties and having friends over. A separate living area too.

The current housemates are lovely! All working professionals and very considerate and respectful.
