Double room to rent

Double room to rent in Penryn. Room has double bed and mattress with drawers under bed, built in wardrobe and shelves, bedside table, desk and chair.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a shared living room, kitchen, utility area, garden and shed. It's only a few minutes from Penryn High Street so easy access to shops, bus stop etc, and a 25 minute walk to the uni.

Current housemates are doing a PhD and Masters in Ecology based topics and shared interests include fitness, dancing and nature. I also have a lovely dog and open to other dogs (sorry no cats as my dog will chase it!). Looking for a considerate housemate who fits in with our social but chilled vibe (having chats whilst we cook etc rather than wild house parties!).
