15 min walk from trains station, 10 min walk from Tremough campus. On bus route to Falmouth.
£15 extra per month for off road parking

Room furnished as shown, but you're welcome to mix it up, last lodger brought his own desk and we've had a double bed in there before.

Two well behaved teenagers here for half of each week, myself and my mother (in an annex).

2 cats.
Shared bathroom and living space including well equipped kitchen with your own fridge.
