Double Room in Cosy Penryn Home

We’re looking for new, friendly lodger to occupy a large double bedroom in our spacious home in Penryn. The property is a 3 bed house (currently 1 spare room), with a shared kitchen and living room area. There are 2 bathrooms and an office too. We also have a small garden at the back of the house, lovely for summertime reading in the sunshine.

We are both young professionals who mostly work from home. We love getting out when we can, going for hikes, sea swims, and surfs, but equally love a lazy night in front of the TV in comfies. We love learning from others and experiencing different cuisines and cultures, and are very open to making new friends. The house is our own property, so we’d like to live with friendly lodgers who we get on well with.

We’re also open to a short-term lodger too, as long as the room is occupied until summer.
