Lovely double room in Penryn cottage

Hello! I’m looking for someone to replace me in my house. I have a double room available in a fully furnished 4-bed house with a shared kitchen, lounge, and bathroom.

There are 5 housemates (including me) and we live quite communally, cooking for each other and sharing meals every night, so we are ideally looking for someone interested in this way of living. We are also a vegetarian house, so ideally looking for someone who is veggie/vegan too. We are a sociable house of young professionals and a student, and are all quite politically engaged, so we want someone who aligns with our values.

The current contract would run from now until June. Rent is £420 a month, and bills are around £30 a month.
