2 Large double rooms in professional house- Penryn

2 large double rooms available in 4 bed female professionals house share in penryn- 1st July

2 of our current housemates of 3 years are sadly moving away and so we are looking for new tenants.
A bit about us: Both 25 year olds and prefer a relaxed, quieter household. Both neurodivergent, creative gals who graduated in fine art 3 years ago, living together here in Penryn ever since. Annabel works day times and Chloe is currently seeking employment, due to this we really value our sleep! Hoping to find people who are also respectful how noise travels at night. (aka it’s not a party house!). We are both into music, art, illustration, and enjoy the odd drink at the pub or in the sun in our garden. We really respect our space and the house and want to find 2 people with similar values who will get on well and enjoy living here with us.
A bit about the house:
It’s a lovely little 4 bed, 2 bathroom house tucked away just off Penryn high street, being a 2 minute walk to the bus stop & shops. Downstairs we have a lovely little living room, kitchen, bath/shower room and one large double room that’s becoming available (the bedroom seen in photos above). The other available room is a large double room upstairs (photos to come) alongside Chloe & I’s room, another bath/shower room, and a small attic space for extra storage. We also have a cute patio garden with a table & chairs, built in bbq and storage shed. There is a parking space around the back of the house if needed, or plenty of on road parking nearby.
The rent for the rooms is currently £500pcm each, not including monthly council tax, gas & electric, and every 3 months the water bill. Although these bills have totaled no more than £150 so far, often much less!
