Room furnished with comfy double bed, solid wood wardrobe and chest of drawers. The wall behind the headboard has been painted light blue since these pictures were taken.

House has plenty of on street parking, broadband, South facing garden.
Rent includes council tax and water but gas and electricity to be split.
Kitchen/dining area and lounge are all a good size, clean, tidy and comfortable.
Penryn is about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Excellent location for travelling in to Falmouth, Penryn or up to Truro.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, sociable and respectful of the house. It is a welcoming and relaxing environment, not a party house but always happy to share some meals, bbq's and a few drinks either at home or out etc.

You'll be sharing with Geoff and Tasha. Between us we have a whole range of interests ranging from anything outdoors, photography, sailing, animals, travel, diving, cooking, socialising and loads more.
We are looking for a professional female, 30's+ because we would like someone on a similar wavelength.
Geoff's girlfriend occasionally visits with her (very friendly) dog so you must be ok with a dog on the odd occasions that he's around.
