Lovely double room close to the university

Note: Thanks to everyone who has messaged so far. We have offered the room to somebody so will take the ad down once deposit has been received.

Our double room is furnished and we have a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen.
The house is in a quiet area of Penryn, 5 minutes walk from the University, 15 minutes walk to/from the station and 10 minutes drive to Falmouth. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which goes to Falmouth/Truro/Redruth and Penzance. Wifi is included in the rent as well as all bills.

Myself, Dan and Kesha are the permanent residents but I will be away for the letting period. We are all tidy, relaxed people who work from home a lot of the time and enjoy spending the evening watching a good film/tv series/cartoon. We also have a big fluffy old ginger cat called Marm.

The room is ideal for a mature student or professional. We're looking for a friendly, tidy and relaxed person to share our house :)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The room is for one person only, we cannot accommodate pets, partners or children.
The room is actually available from 28th July until 31st August.
We will consider stays that are less than the whole 5 weeks but will prioritise people wanting a longer stay 🙂
