Two double rooms with shared facilities

I have two rooms in a two bed apartment available from end of August/beginning September......or later
I am looking for either a mature female student, or a professional female, who are quiet, super clean and tidy, sociable and easy to get along with.
I am into yoga, playing tennis, cycling, hiking, gardening, cooking and travel/cinema, among other things.
Would suit someone who is happy to live in a peaceful environment, ( ie no loud music/parties ), particularly as I work ( as a therapist) from home and live at the property myself.
Ideally people who share similar interests both as myself and other tenant.
I am looking for mature responsible individuals who will respect and look after my apartment., (it is used as a holiday rental in the summer).
There is parking available in the street and the property is a short walk from Penryn campus and the railway station.
