My home is a bright, spacious and comfortable and overlooks the Penryn viaduct and surrounding countryside. The house is warm, comfortable and welcoming and is very close to Penryn high street, which has many shops, cafes and tea houses.

The room available is large, light and quiet with beautiful countryside and estuary views. All bedding and linen are provided.

House and kitchen fully furnished to a high standard. Shared bathroom, large living room, dining room, kitchen (fully equipped) and garden.

I live in the property alone and am looking for lodger/s to bring in some extra cash over the Winter months. The house is large and very spacious and decorated in a modern and contemporary style.
