Double furnished room

I am offering a quiet double room in a semi-rural area of Penryn, roughly 13ft square.
The communal parts of the house include a spacious kitchen/living area with conservatory, bathroom and garden with patio & shed. I regularly clean and maintain these areas.
The house is within easy walking distance of Tremough campus, Penryn railway station and town centre. We are surrounded on two sides by fields, trees and a stream at the end of the garden.
There is on street parking but with the possibility of a parking space if required.
I am looking for someone seeking a relaxed, quiet, and clean environment and will have a mature outlook to help support this. Also someone who is not allergic or adverse to my elderly and gentle natured cat.
