Double furnished room

Clean bright furnished room with double bed, large wardrobe, desk, lamp, chair and bookshelf. Available beginning of June.
We are a quiet, relaxed household and are looking for someone who appreciates a calm environment.
The room is at the back of the house, with rural views - a stream, trees & fields in a quiet location but within easy walking access to Tremough campus, buses, trains & supermarkets
The kitchen living space is half a conservatory, also with the woodland and wildlife surroundings.
I’m a retired nurse & live in landlady and the other tenant is an engineering student - he occupies the ground floor bedroom.
Ariya & Marley, who are sweet and nervous cats, complete the household.
The rent covers bills, inclusive of council tax and regular cleaning of the communal areas.
Apologies but I am currently unable to provide an exact day when the room will be available - but it will be during the first week in June. I will be update ASAP
