Furnished room with single bed, large wardrobe, desk, lamp, chair and bookshelf. Spare bed can be supplied for occasional overnight guests.

We are a quiet, relaxed household and are looking for someone who appreciates a calm environment.
The room is at the back of the house, with rural views - a stream, trees & fields in a quiet location but within easy walking access to Tremough campus, buses, trains & supermarkets
The kitchen living space is half a conservatory, also with the woodland and wildlife surroundings.
I’m a retired nurse & live in landlady - the other tenant is a lovely friendly Chinese student dentist who occupies the ground floor bedroom.
Ariya & Marley, who are sweet and nervous cats, complete the household.
The rent covers bills, inclusive of council tax, regular cleaning of the communal areas and lifts to supermarket can be fitted in.
I have also have temporary accommodation if you require it from the beginning of June
