Lovely Double room with en-suite in modern ground floor apartment, 2 mins walk to south Fistral and Gannel Estuary, small patio area at front of property which is a nice little sun trap most of the day, communal gardens to sit and enjoy the evening sun and storage for bikes at the rear.

There is a car space, and visitors parking and also parking bays at the front of property.

Although i love meeting new people and socialising, my home is not a party house, its a respectful residential area where people go to work and enjoy their evenings being mindful of others..

I consider myself a friendly person, im respectful and considerate, with a positive out look on life, i am looking for a similar kind of person to share my space with.

I have a 5 year old springer who is full of life and love, but very good, doesn't bark and offers lots of cuddles, so dog lover is a must.

All amenities, unlimited wifi, smart TV , etc. bills included.
