I’m looking to share my modern cosy, light and clean home with one other person
A Double Room, is available, it is rented furnished with new bed and mattress - a lovely single day bed then turns to a large double and space saving corner new wardrobe
the room is south facing and gets the sun all day in a quiet estate with a fabulous garden space
All bills and amenities internet TV Netflix washing water gas electricity & council tax - property band C - are all included within the monthly rent the room comes with a free car parking space
The property is in a safe clean area by the beach at Fistral pentire

You must be .....a working professional, employment /study and be able to pay £650 - no time wasters please
I do not accept couples or pets unfortunately as the house is cosy but small
The house is currently being modernised with little jobs to improve the property it is a busy house and would suit busy working people it is NOT suitable for someone who works from home or remote
You must be sensitive to sharing a space with someone - enjoy the outdoors have a positive outlook in life
please do not apply if you are not clean and tidy and live a nocturnal lifestyle it is a home with early rising
All potential tenants are welcome, will always be treated with respect and without discrimination within the viewing process.
You will need to provide 1 months deposit and be able to sign a lodger contract deposit required in advance on arrival
Rent paid monthly there after by monthly direct debit.
Must provide references - proof of employment - previous rental references & must provide proof of ID - passport/ Drivers Licence
