A small Double Room, is available, it is rented furnished with new bed and mattress - a lovely single day bed that turns into a large double and space saving corner new wardrobe with option small desk space.
The room is south facing and gets the sun all day is in a quiet cul de sac estate with a fabulous outdoor garden space.
All bills and amenities internet TV Netflix washing machine, water gas electricity & council tax - property band C - are all included within the monthly rent the room comes with a free car parking space
The property is in a safe clean area by the beach at Fistral pentire

You must be .....a working professional, employment /study and be able to pay £650 per month
I do not accept couples or pets as the property is small and the outside space has many tropical plants and would not be suitable for animals
The house is currently being modernised with little jobs to improve the property it is a busy house and would suit busy working people it is NOT suitable for someone who works from home or remote
As we will be sharing a cosy space it is important to mention that this is an early rising house proud home so if you live similarly that will be a match x
All potential tenants are welcome, will always be treated with respect and without discrimination within the viewing process.
You will need to provide 1 months Rent along with 1 months deposit on moving in day - and be able to sign a lodger contract (deposit required in advance on arrival)
Rent paid monthly there after by monthly direct debit.
Must provide references - proof of employment - previous work /rental references & must provide proof of ID - passport/ Drivers Licence
