Short let room central Penzance in quiet location

Hello.
I am offering two rooms to let on a short term basis. Come and stay in my lovely Georgian townhouse in a very quiet central location. I have a lovely sunny back garden which is almost not overlooked. You can use my kitchen for light cooking and you would have your own fridge. I am quite relaxed and easy going and enjoy chats around the kitchen table. I am a self employed artist and have a studio in town where I work. I can supply linen if needed.
Suitable for people on work placement or looking to move to Cornwall. Women prefered.
