Lovely Cornish Seaside Flat

This is a lovely, spacious flat in Central Penzance. It is in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood, and benefits from a large grassy garden and off-street parking. It is in easy walking distance of the countryside, the high street, the supermarkets and the beaches. The flat itself is on the ground floor, and the room which is a double looks onto the garden. It is unfurnished and has an ariel for television. Additionally, the is a shed where you can store a bike or other stuff. And housing benefit is welcome.

I am a female Christian, looking for another female to share with. I am pretty down-to-earth and fairly quiet day to day, but I love a good chat. I love walks in the countryside or along the seafront and I do this regularly. I like to listen to Classic fm or Absolute 80's, but I do not do this loudly. My favourite food is Thai and some of my favourite films are Groundhog Day, E. T., The artist and Brief Encounter. I am American by birth but have lived in England all my life. I am currently a cook and also a gardener.
