A large top floor ensuite attic room in a lovely house very near the seafront and the jubilee pool in Penzance. Wonderful uninterrupted sea views.
I am looking for a female lodger.
The rent is £620 which would include cleaner coming in twice a month, all bills including council tax and a parking space.
There are two bathrooms and the room has an en suite.

There's a large modern kitchen and dining area.

I am a professional artist working from home a lot (studio in the garden) so looking for a professional who goes out to work every day..

Could you please tell me something about yourself. We will be sharing the house so important that we get on.
I prefer to have women as lodgers because they are generally tidier and don't have the male ego clash issues.
