2 rooms available in calm, quiet household with respectful, working housemates.

1. Single bed, en-suite shower & toilet, direct access to the garden. Furniture as shown in photos. Direct access into garden with barn door for added privacy. TV shown in the bedroom is not included. Viewings available from 20th September.

2. Large double room on ground floor with space for table/chair. Please note photos don't show a bed but there will be one or you can bring your own. Several power sockets and TV aerial. This room shares a bathroom - with 1 other person. Viewings available from 1st October.

Shared kitchen and dining area. Kitchen has washing machine. We don't have a dryer but there are several drying areas in the house and a line outside. Shared use of the garden - decking area gets lots of sun in the summer. I have put no smoking but you can smoke in the garden. There is strictly NO smoking or vaping in the house.

Wifi included.

Please note that there is no shared living room but there is a TV in the kitchen.

Located in the Alverton area of Penzance. 10 mins walk to sea front down Love Lane. 10 mins walk to town. 2 minutes to bus stop. 2 minutes to local shop, pub and chip shop. 10 mins walk to Asda & Lidl.

There is on-street parking in a well-lit area.
