Small double in the centre of Penzance

Hello, I'm looking for someone to rent the spare room in my lovely cottage in the centre of Penzance.
The room is unfurnished, has a fire place and not a bad view over Bread street.
It's a sweet place. I'm looking for someone who is generally quiet and relaxed but might like to have a bit of gathering now n then/eat together. You'll also have to be okay with books, because they are all over the place and vintage stuff etc
