Room to rent in Penzance

This room is on the 2nd floor of a 4 storey (loft converted into another bedroom) house in Penzance.. It would come with a shared kitchen and sitting room. All bills are included in the price. There is also fibre broadband access included.
The house will be available from Sunday 7th January to Saturday 9th March, with a possibility of longer, so I'm either considering a very short term let, or to provide the room for a contract worker who would arrive on a Sunday night and leave for the weekend on a Friday. This is all negotiable. The house is quite big with tall ceilings.
Council tax is Band D
There are free parking spaces very nearby.
