My well presented two bed property is usually used as a holiday home. I am looking for short term autumn/winter occupation. From the end of September, to the beginning of March, ( I can be slightly flexible with the move in/out dates).
I am letting the whole property, (no sub letting allowed).
The property is currently fully furnished. However I can be flexible to a degree, and remove anything thats not required.
The property consits of an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area. Two bedrooms. Bed 1 has a double bed. Bed 2 has two single beds. The shower room services both bedrooms. You will have allocated parking for one car right outside.
WIFI is included, and ideal for homeworking.
Utility bills are included. Except for electricity, and charged as normal by the unit used.
Only two miles from Penzance, seven miles from St Ives.
References & necessary docs are required.
