Bedroom, kitchen and living room

Its part of my house but you will have your own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
I have ny own entrance, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom.
You pay the seperate energy bills (key meter).
I pay council tax and water.

The cottage is furnished.

Its between two parks and Penzance seafront is 50 metres away. Lovely area!
There is no outside space as part of the cottage.

On street parking only.

If you are interested could you please tell me some basic information about yourself like employment, interests etc. A photo would be good as well.

I will consider short term let's at a higher price.
