The home is central, a 10 minute walk to Penzance Rail Station. There are regular buses nearby. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location.

• The room available –a medium sized double room with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, bed side tables.
• Shared bathrooms with showers.
• Modern kitchen
• There is separate office for desk work or WFH if you need this.
• WIFI included
• Street parking with permit, bicycle storage. There is a free local car park (between 4pm – 9am)
• Gardener and cleaner for communal rooms.
• A friendly dog or cat is welcome. There are no pets at the home.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired lady is looking for a lady lodger over 25 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with company, some cooking 3-4 times a week, taking out the rubbish and adhoc errands. This will suit someone that works from an office or working from home. The retired lady/man has interests in decorative arts. She is very independent and drives her car.

-£230 per month in total.
