Fully furnished large double bedroom in lovely house 5 mins walk from town centre and leisure centre. The house has all mod cons inc. central heating, washing machine, spa bath, hi speed fibre optic broadband, etc. ALL bills are included. The house is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well looked after by the current occupiers. Therefore, we are only looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful! It is a very easy going house with lovely people so looking for someone who will fit in that wants a nice place to live. This could be considered for the right couple and it would be an extra £25 per week all in.
