Large double room in quiet rural property . Furnished with TV point and access to broadband. House has three dogs and a cat which have access to the ground floor . Well the cat goes every where. We are a professional couple with grown up children. 1 who is going away to Uni in Sept and the other studying A levels. We are looking for a quite , clean , responsible tenant who is preferably an animal lover. We would not rule out additional pets although we do currently have quite a full house. There is the additional opportunity to bring a horse as we also have grazing. this would be at additional cost. Would suit a car driver as not on bus route. Ample parking . Large light airy house with shared kitchen , washing machine , dishwasher etc. Also bathroom additional toilet and separate shower room. Easy going family. Sense of humour essential.
