To rent in large 5 bed roomed house. A double bedroom with antique bed with private lounge and full bathroom for sole use. Rooms are on top floor of house and private. I live on the ground floor. No preference for male or female but prefer someone quiet, professional who enjoys finer things in life and respects a beautiful home.

Parking is off road.

Please note I have an old golden retriever who is part of my family and any applicant must be comfortable with and respectful of the dog !!!!

I am currently refurbishing some rooms on the top floor but paintbrushes and wallpaper rollers don't make much noise !
