The room has one single bed, wardrobe, armchair, table & chairs.
I have a sweet tabby cat named Mirabel who is very friendly.
The housemate needs to have a good SOH, be clean about the house eg considerate in the kitchen, & bathroom.
I'm an artist who mostly works at home. I would like my lodger to be able to feed Mirabel if I go away.
Parking - free on the street when available or free on nearby roads and seafront.
