Hi,
I have just moved into a new home but am away until the new year.
I have a large double room available, furnished, with en suite in a warm, modern, clean and very comfortable family sized home.
There will be one other flatmate in the property, a young professional male who is a friend is renting one of the rooms.
The room is plenty large enough for a couple, the rent for a couple would be £160 per week.
There's an parking space right outside and storage area for surfboards etc.
There is a large downstairs open plan kitchen, diner, living room with a log burner.
