The Sea Cave Accommodation

Hi, I have a fully furnished flat with two moderately sized double bedrooms in Perranporth, Cornwall.

The rent is £400/ room/ month on separate contracts per room for a person living singly. For singles it is assumed that boy friends / girl friends would stay over from time to time.
Couples would be expected to rent the whole place for £750. Absolutely no sub letting will be permitted.

For the first time the apartment is available all year round from 07/09/14 on a 6 month contract. Provided payments are made on time and the apartment is looked after, 6 weeks before the end of your contract you will be asked if you would like to renew for a further 6 months over the summer 2015.

The flat was until recently been used as a summer let and as such comes FULLY furnished including; 37" Flat Screen TV, Wireless Router, Washing Machine, Kitchen Equipment, Beds, Sofa etc

All bills are included; Water, Council Tax, Broadband, TV but this excludes electricity which is paid for using a pre-payment key and meter
The accommodation is located on Tywarnhayle Road just a couple of hundred meters from the headland at Perranporth.

Perranporth town has many bars, amenities and shops which remain open all year round.

Perranporth is very centrally located and it takes only 20 to 30 minutes to commute to Newquay, Truro and Falmouth.

Parking is on street outside the property or on the road parrellel. The headland car park can be used for free over night but charging does start early.
