Chilled house, quiet, clean and tidy..ish.

Looking for someone who is quiet, tidy and working.
I’m a private but very friendly person, and always there to help.
This is not a party house, if you like peace and quiet it’s here, I do not interfere and respect your space.
The room has just been decorated, new smart tv with Netflix, Prime etc.
I’m a smoker but not in the house apart from the kitchen if the weather is bad, it’s well ventilated.
I have a friendly cat.
Big rear garden with sunning areas.
Your own parking space in my driveway.
You must be working, tho I know it’s off season at the moment.
500yrds from beach and shops.
My last lodger was a working older woman, she loved gardening here and we got on great.
Big kitchen you can use all my pots and pans etc.

I’m decorating the house at the moment but the bedroom is completed and rest of house isn’t a building site, I’m just doing some painting.

It’s always been a friendly chilled house, full of kids a while back, they’ve now grown up hence the spare room.
