We plan to travel indefinitely with a plan to be in Australia next September, so the people renting this room will have the place to themselves during this period. I will technically have the third bedroom, but I will not be leaving anything behind so this can also be used as a guest room.

Ideally suited for long-term renters, the house comes furnished but is open to new additions to suit renters.

Gas & electric are pay as you go, so the responsibility of tenant whilst I’m not living in the house. Brand new boiler so heating and hot water are super efficient. New windows and front door also.

1 month notice both sides to break tenancy. Deposit - 1 month rent, paid 1st of the month.
