We are a Property Guardian company, and accommodation is offered under a Licence Agreement rather than a tenancy. This provides flexible living with a minimum notice period of 28 days.

Eligibility criteria:

- Employed individuals only
- Aged 21 or over
- No children
- No pets

Documents required to apply:

- Last 3 months’ bank statements
- Last 3 months’ payslips or proof of employment
- Valid photo ID
- Non-UK citizens: Share Code or BRP
- Landlord reference (email, letter, or phone contact)

Costs:

- £350 deposit
- Monthly fee payable in advance (by the day before move-in)

**Please be advised that the price listed refers to single occupancy. If you're a couple interested in moving in, the monthly fee and deposit will be adjusted accordingly, and a separate licence agreement will be required for each person.**
