You would be one of two lodgers in this large Victorian family home. There is a bus stop outside the house which gives you access to Plymouth City Centre (7 miles) or several towns in Cornwall.
There is a large recently refurbished bathroom upstairs, which will be used on a shared basis, with yourself and the second lodger. You will have access to a large shared kitchen and utility room and a living/dinning room.
