We are a working/schooling family of 4 looking to share our home with an individual lodger.
Spacious room available with double bed, study space and small/large TV if required.
Shared kitchen diner/bathroom and welcome to use lounge also. Large garden and off road parking if required.
Two boys aged 14 and 10 live here so would suit someone comfortable with a family environment. I work in Falmouth and my wife works at Royal Cornwall Hospital.
The house is located just outside Ponsanooth with adjacent bus stop to Falmouth, Truro, Redruth and Penryn Campus. Would particularly suite Masters student or similar looking for relaxed and comfortable accommodation.
