Double room in Pool

Hey I'm Steve and I am looking to rent out the 2nd room in my home for the first time.

I have just finished renovating it and there are still a few details I've yet to finish before any potential house mate moves in, as you will see in the photos of the room there is no storage currently but i have a wardrobe in the spare room and will get some shelves up too, im happy to chat about that at a viewing.
I'm willing to accept couples but the cost will go up mostly due to the increase in bills but this can all be discussed when viewing the property.

I am also happy to discuss the deposit as I do realise its a lot of cash to stump up so please feel free to ask any questions about the add, it's my first time doing this so I'm also learning. I'm very approachable and try to be understanding to people's situations.

I do have the occasional smoke but not inside the property and smokers can apply but any smoking will have to be done outside in the courtyard.

I am a pet friendly person as long as your animal is well trained and you clean up after them.

A little bit about me: I love my water sports and will often be out surfing, paddling, swimming etc. In the winter months the wood burner in the lounge will often be on as I also love a fire.
My partner lives separately to me so some nights I will be put at her place and other nights she will be at mine so you will get to know her.
I have a few sources of work inuding arborist, gardening, building work and occasionally I may do a trip abroad working in the offshore industry.

I will be taking viewings from the 7th October as I'm currently out of the country until then, but wanted to see how much interest there might be. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask
