This self-contained annex is attached to my family home. I'm looking for female who would like to live in this peaceful residential area not suitable for party people or pets! There is currently one professional female in the single room. This sweet little newly built annex contains one single room one double room, A bathroom and kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked including microwave kettle and hob etc. There are 3 tvs and internet and washing machine. There is an outside area with table and chairs. There is parking outside for two cars. The property is an 8 minute walk to Porth beach and close to all majour bus routes.
