Double bedroom available in Porth, Newquay

Hi!

About us and the house:
We are looking for 1 housemate to join our 3 bed house in Porth, Newquay. The house is super bright, and was renovated a few years ago so everything is modern/newer spec. There are 2 bathrooms (one shower, one bath) and a nice open plan kitchen living room. The house is located less than 10 min walk from Porth beach and there is lots of on street parking. Also there will be surfboard storage :)

Living there is myself and my friend Hannah. We are both 26, love surfing, gym, being outdoors but also watching films and chilling in the evening plus lots of cups of tea. We also like having dinners/BBQs with friends and a couple pints at the pub, but also very much appreciate chill and alone time. We are looking for someone who this vibe would appeal to :)

There are 2 rooms to choose from:

Downstairs room £600 (including council tax, wifi and tv license) plus remaining bills (water and energy) which we anticipate should be around £80 a month.

Upstairs room (with desk space) £615 (including council tax, wifi and tv license) plus remaining bills (water and energy) which we anticipate should be around £80 a month.

Points to note:
- Move in date will be early may (could potentially be a bit earlier) but this will be confirmed in the next 3 weeks as in the very late stages of purchasing the property.
- The furnishings/layout won't be the exact same as the photos as I will be furnishing it myself
- Ideally looking for someone longer term but please enquire if you think you'd be a good fit
-Council tax band C (included in rent)
